Light and delicate raw honey that comes from the nectar of acacia flowers. It has a mild floral flavor and a clear appearance that makes it ideal for sweetening tea, spreading on toast, or drizzling on yogurt.

Acacia nectar is collected during spring (May-June), we source Acacia nectar, which becomes the predominant nectar in our honey. Our harvesting methods are responsible as we always aim at preserving bee colonies' long-term health and nurturing the surrounding environment. Since our bees reside near Acacia trees, they instinctively collect Acacia nectar when these trees start to bloom.
