We all sometimes need something that will get us through the day. This is a recipe for protein-rich bites, infused with the natural energy-boosting benefits of HIVEKEY honey. It’s easy, fast and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup HIVEKEY honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or your preferred nut butter)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (if your heart desires)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, HIVEKEY honey, peanut butter, unsweetened shredded coconut, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract. Add a dash of salt at the end to open the depth of flavors. If you crave a little extra sweetness, add some chocolate chips.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into small-sized bites. Use your hands or a cookie scoop – the choice is yours.
- Place the bites on a plate or baking sheet. Allow them to rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
